Our shipping charge is the standard USPS rates based on the total weight of your purchases. We never charge any handling fees. Aside from the U.S., we also ship to Canada, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. If you live in another country just email us and we can probably ship to your country.
You will see the shipping charges at checkout time before you approve the order.
We are fast - orders are shipped within 2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

Sizing:
|
|
Smaller girls say our sizes run large and larger girls say our sizes run small. To get the right size clothing, pay no attention to small, medium, or large (that is what the manufacturer printed on the tag) and instead use the measurement that appears after the size (which we measured ourselves). Measurements on pants and skirts are taken at the waist of the item (the size of the opening, basically). Sizes on shirts are measured at the bust. Sizes on dresses are measured at the bust and hips. If an item features an elastic waist, the measurement is made with the elastic unstretched. You can even email us your measurements and the name of the item(s) you are interested in and we will tell you if they will fit!

Our products are photographed for accuracy, not for artfulness. We carefully color-correct and adjust all product images so that the images reflect the accurate look and color of the pictured item when worn by a regular person.

Ordering from our site is very secure. We use SSL for transport security on all financial transactions. In addition, our system doesn't store credit card information. All of the account information we do store, such as email address, physical address, and phone numbers, will remain private as we do not share with third parties.

Your site won't take my credit card
|

If you are trying to place an order with us and are receiving the error "We're sorry, but we are unable to process your request. Please try using a different Credit Card for this purchase (77)." you will need to call the number on the back of your credit card. Let them know that you are trying to make a legitimate purchase at subcultural in the state of Florida in the United States and they will let your card go through. The credit card companies apparently restrict internet transactions to reduce their exposure to fraud. Calling them lets them know it is actually you trying to make the purchase.
